According to the station, the 2023 theme is 'Milestones' and will focus on various historical milestones — long ago and more recent — that the country has achieved and overcome.
The
5 Drive Heritage Tour has become a firm annual listener favourite, adds the radio station.
The tour sees its team visiting destinations across nine provinces, where they will be:
- discovering places
- participating in activities
- doing community activations
- conducting interviews, and
- sharing stories that celebrate South Africa.
Highlights of the tour include:

- conservation projects
- historical sites
- museums, and
- community upliftment centres.
