African Bank has announced that it has celebrated the success of its loyalty programme, Audacious Rewards. Launched in February 2022, this initiative has rapidly gained traction, according to the bank.
The bank says that remarkably, over a year of its inception, Audacious Rewards achieved its goal of reaching 500 000 members, a milestone originally targeted for 2024 financial year.
This rapid growth underscores the programme's appeal and effectiveness in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty, the bank adds.
From its inception, Audacious Rewards has embodied Africanbank’s philosophy of having the 'Audacity to believe' in better financial futures for its customers. This programme was designed to recognise and reward African Bank customers for their everyday banking activities, says African Bank.
Members earn points by using their Africanbank debit or credit card, managing debit orders, or utilising other Africanbank products and solutions.
The bank says that these points can be redeemed at over 30 partners, both in-store and online, for a variety of benefits, including:
- airtime
- data
- electricity
- grocery vouchers, or
- even converted into cash.
